Allies for Children advocates for access to affordable and public insurance for children and families. In an effort to help stakeholders, advocates, and those who work with Medicaid participants understand it better, we are releasing a Medicaid Toolkit. Sections of the toolkit will address specific policy areas, such as school-based Medicaid, and impacts of HR 1, a law passed in 2025 with specific Medicaid provisions that will impact the healthcare system over the next several years.
